The BodySpeaks Approach
Let's face it, we're all living in a fast-paced, high-stress world. Between family duties, jobs, commuting, errands, and simply trying to keep it all running smoothly, there's not a lot of time left for our well-being and self care. That's why I offer one-of-a-kind massage therapy and bodywork sessions brought directly to you. Avoid the unnecessary travel and let me come to you on-site or in the comfort of your own home, no fuss, no rushing, no traffic. Just imagine getting a great massage then being able to crawl straight into bed or stretch out on your own couch instead of having to drive back home before getting to do so! I also find that this is a much more flexible option for clients who have families and small children as it allows for them to still be home with them, with no worries about juggling schedules or childcare. It's so important to me that this work is made accessible to all!
What to Expect
I will arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for set-up and intake. Please have the designated area set up and clear for my supplies. You will get to choose your preference of lighting, music, etc.. Remember, YOU are in charge! Following our session, we will do a brief follow-up and check-in. As described in the booking section, the BodySpeaks Massage includes your choice of premier upgrades, at no additional cost. This will be discussed so that you're making the best choice to enhance your session per your goals in treatment. The WomanSpeaks Massage is for women at all ages and for all needs, including fertility or trying to conceive, prenatal, postpartum, post-loss, peri-menopausal/menopausal, overall pelvic and menstrual health, and more! This session will often include abdominal work, at the consent of the client, and includes education and guidance specific to the client's needs and goals.
In order to better serve you, all new clients must complete a brief and confidential pre-screening questionnaire via telephone on a non-recorded line. These calls will take place upon booking your first session with me.
Sessions booked outside of a 25 mile radius of the Deltona area will be subject to an additional fee of $25 to compensate for time and travel costs.
